British citizens travelling to Belgium should ensure they hold a valid passport and verify all current entry requirements prior to travel. Immigration and border requirements can change, and delegates are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable conditions for entry into Belgium and the Schengen Area.

Visa Invitation Letters

Delegates requiring a visa may request an official invitation letter for visa application purposes.

Invitation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed their congress registration and received confirmation of registration. Please note that an invitation letter is intended to support a visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision always rests with the Belgian authorities.
