Registration Fees

Early Bird rates are available until 15 June 2027. Registration fees are exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 44, §2, 4° of the Belgian VAT Code. Optional social events are subject to 21% VAT. All rates are quoted per person.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner ticket can be purchased separately in the registration system.

The Conference Dinner will take place at Gare Maritime, one of Brussels’ most impressive event venues.

WVPAC 2027 will be held at the SQUARE Brussels Convention Centre and BOZAR, located in the heart of Brussels and within walking distance of major hotels, restaurants and cultural attractions.

Accommodation

Special hotel rates have been negotiated for WVPAC 2027 participants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 2 August 2027: refund minus €150 administrative fee.

No refunds can be granted after 2 August 2027.
